Take Back America In November

    President Barack Obama has shown himself to be an opportunist with no real core values other than the accumulation of power and control over the people. He despises democracy and sees the U.S. Constitution as being outdated and in need of revision to reflect the changing times. He has so far been successful in bypassing the normal channels of democracy to further his totalitarian agenda.
    He is doing all this with the eager aquiescence of the baby boom generation. My generation. My radical, sacreligious, flag burning, politically involved, free loving generation.
    Why has my generation turned to worshipping in the church of the state? Why so willing to cede control of our lives and destiny to a despotic Democratic Party led by a sociopathic leader capable of pulling the wool over our eyes with the charismatic eloquence of a Mussolini or a Hitler?
    Mussolini spoke of "...the courage to undertake great experiments of social and political transformation" and said "...never before has the nation stood more in need of authority, of direction and order."
    The President has betrayed our trust and continues to betray our trust on a daily basis. Over time my generation has somehow decided it to be a good thing to trust our government, that our government really has our best interests at heart. How could it possibly be otherwise? We grew tired of our cynicism and mistrust of the people we elect to defend us and promote our welfare in a world growing seemingly more complicated and threatening every day.
    It's not too late to wake up from this dream and to realize the grave mistake that we've made and to once again take control of our lives and destiny with the individualism and independent thought America was founded on.
